At Perfumearomashop, we are committed to providing fresh, beautiful floral arrangements. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Return Conditions

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we cannot accept returns of floral arrangements once they have been delivered. However, if your order arrives damaged, wilted, or does not match your order description, we will replace it or provide a full refund.

Refund Process

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it is prepared for delivery. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date may be subject to a cancellation fee. Same-day orders cannot be cancelled once processing has begun.
